ADS Atlas Tape Naming Convention
All tapes on ADS are named according to the date of the night's data they
contain, with a prefix indicating the data type. The date format is 1
character for the year, followed by two for the month and day. Therefore
2004-05-28 becomes '40528'.
The various prefixes are: (R)aw and (P)rocessed data. There are also
prefixes of (T)est and (TN) (test-new) for various nights from previous
re-reductions of the data.
